I think it is safe to say that the letters UAUEKCAR mean LAYERONE, if there is a palimpsest. This is probably the reason k2 has the XLAYERTWO message. This would make two palimpsests, separated by an abscissa. This is why K5 needs solved on the CIA grounds. The sculpture needs separated by plates, and then a light is at night where letters appear and you can see them standing at 38.57065 degrees North and 77.0844 degrees West. Then the message would be complete, and K5 would be revealed.
The method I used was rather complicated, if you would wish for me two show the process, i will email as it would take up too much room.
