Comment on Is the Morse code a route transposition cipher? by puzzled

During the civil war route ciphers were used by the North. The ciphers involved whole
words arranged on a grid. I have been wondering if this type of cipher might have
been used on the already decyphered K2 or K3 or both since the words in either K2
or K3 can be used for other purposes. A second layer of interpretation, if you will.
“YAR,” might then refer to extra words or elevated words at the top of columns
in the route cipher. A civil war cipher route cipher book is not necessary if there
is a way to do this suggested by Kryptos itself. By the way, K2 and K3 each seem
to have 75 words.
