I think I figured it out . So I could not get through on the link and had to try writing to the CIA and they returned my letter and said that Jim Sanborn has the patent and they have nothing to do with it. but they gave me the E-mail “kryptos @earthlink.net” and the E-mail went through, but I have not heard a response in a week.
ps The math guy with the knotts comment gave me the idea that it is small segments with a general decryption and variations in the symetry of it.
