Really, I did not think of that, how silly of me.
I guess I do not believe Mister Sanborn and the reason why is exaxctly the same Berlin hint.
If you take the original decoding charts everybody seems to accept that the ELYOIQ which has a nice tick under it seems to confirm that ELYOIE decodes NYPVTT to BERLIN.
And for some reason nobody is able to understand how the rest gets decoded right?
Did you notice there is another “convenient” tick under IEKNSZ in the same decoding chart?
If you use that instead of ELYOIQ you will notice that the last characters of Kryptos decodes to something interesting.
I originally read IBKNSZ because of the way he spells the e in Palimpsest differently.
That gives an even more interesting word, something that really sticks out.
And makes me wonder how we are to read the chart.
Maybe NYPVTT really decodes to BERLIN, I really have no idea.
