The morse code contains a ‘SOS’. A SOS is normally sent by someone, who is in big trouble, right? So if you are in big trouble, is the FIRST thing you send “How´s the weather out there?”. No, the first thing you send is a ‘SOS’.
But WHO is in big trouble? Maybe the people in the EAST (1989/BERLIN)? So they send a message to the people in the WEST, that starts with a ‘SOS’ (HELP!)?
If this is true, the morse code message has been deciphered in the wrong direction!
This means the morse code goes from EAST to WEST or (in another interpretation) from the UNDERGROUND (EAST) out to the WORLD (WEST). The message starts in the middle of the ‘Inner Circle’ (or half-circle) of the CIA building and goes out to the PUBLIC (CIA entrance) and the ‘SOS’ is the first part of the message that leaves the underground. The ‘Inner Circle’ lies 50 feet BELOW (!) the entrance of the CIA building (see Google Earth). The stone slabs come out of the ground from EAST to WEST.
So, folks, there are significant clues, that the right direction of the morse code is EAST-WEST. I know, there are two morse code signs that have no correspondent in the english language when read from EAST to WEST. This could be a transcription error like the typos in K1-K3. Maybe the morse code is a conversation (two directions) or changes it´s direction like the hieroglyphs do? I´m sure, this ‘primitive’ morse code hasn´t revealed his real nature!
The deciphered morse code message has 14 (visible) parts (words), the number of rows on the copperwall is 14 each; coincidence? (IDBYROWSXLAYERTWO)
I would say, the most interesting code is a complex cipher that is hidden behind a ‘PRIMITIVE’ MORSE CODE (= steganography), isn´t it?

By the way:
The ‘Inner Cirle’ part of KRYPTOS looks (for me) like a buriel ground. Is there someone or something buried, for example Communism (literarily)?
