I like the idea, basically because the idea of a book cipher (or one-time pad based on a book) was also often suggested. And a text which is available for everyone is obviously K1-K3.
I also noticed EIOYTE in line 20 of the cipher text above and wonder whether it’s just coincidence or not.
Or take UFUM in lines 11 and 12 (same column in the original grid). With ELYOIE UMUF you’ll get BERLIN WALL.
But as with everything, it could all just be coincidence.
