Speaking of rearranging K4 (and hitting dead ends!) here’s one I came up with by converting K4 (starting with the question mark) into Morse code, then removing all spaces between characters, and then putting spaces back into different locations to make a new stream of characters. There’s no ‘BERLIN’ anywhere, and it doesn’t make any sense, but I found some interesting ‘garbage’ here.
The idea came from the K0 Morse combined with the final characters of K4 being AR which is a prosign for “End of Message”.
