I came across Kryptos a week ago, by accident. (Link from a Reuters website.) I can hear you saying …. a week??????? Please don’t think me naive, stupid or arrogant. I love mystery of any form and can’t let this one go. I have read as much as possible and I am very grateful for you excellent website.
After researching I thought I would give it a go. I saw something interesting that know one else had even commented on. Either because they don’t want to give away their work, which I understand, or just haven’t thought about it.
I am of a quite/private nature and this is the first time I have posted anything online. I would just like to know if my idea is right or wrong. I do not want to look a fool by claiming to have solved K4. Many people have worked for alot longer and harder than I have on this puzzle. It would just be nice to know what it is. I understand that there is a mask and a code. I think I have broken the mask, the code is another matter.
I have read your extensive work and give you credit for your extensive knowledge and use of formulas and ideas. This is something that I could not do.
If I do not get a response I would be happy to let you know what I was working on as you have given me so much information. Maybe then you could get the answer.
