Hi, checked your message and tried to translate it into more fluent German. Here a free translation):

Hallo!

The translation of the above is roughly as follows:
Hi! While analysing a cifre of the CIA structure “Kryptos”, it occurred to me that it might be written in a different language. I may have had French and Spanish at high school, but this was evidently not enough to give me the security that I was choosing the correct words with this endeavour. Do you know any good/reliable online programs that could help me, or do you have any suggestions on how to proceed here? I will seach in WordPress Blogs for suggestions and cifres and would be grateful if you could give me any tips on codes/cifres/puzzle games. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Please feel free to contact me if I can be of any further assistance, particularly since I am also fascinated by the Kryptos Mystery! I am bi-lingual (German/English). m

I’ll pay you a million trillion billion dollars on the day that I own that much money and not a day before.

If anyone wants to send any free information that leads to actual plaintext in the meantime, I’m all ears.

I tried for a few hours and I doubt I’ll bother again since I’m lazy, but I feel like I’m onto something. I might be wrong considering I’m half asleep, but when he meant “look at other clocks” he meant plug in time from a normal clock then plug in set theory. Here’s an example with the first letter

O: (B + 4 hours = 6 which is O)
Next letter + time = letter

When everything is plugged in, it should read abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz a few times with it cutting off a few short at the end. Maybe if you plug set theory in and look at the overlaps that’ll give the answer, but I dunno. I’ve never looked at ciphers before or tried to decrypt one, let alone one from the CIA lul.

Oops sorry I made a mistake on the first one, I told you I’m half asleep. Here’s a better idea of what I mean

2 B: (K + 2 hours = 13 which is B)
3 K: (R + 3 hours = 21 which is W)
4 R: (U + 4 hours = 25 which is V)
5 U: (O + 1 hour = 16 which is L)
6 O: (X + 2 hour = 26 which is Q)
7 X: (O + 3 hour = 18 which is F)
8 O: (G + 4 hour = 11 which is U)
9 G: (H + 5 hour = 13 which is B)

The point is that after you plug in all of them for time, it should repeat the alphabet but stop at T for the 97th letter. I’m sure there’s some type of meaning here but I’m too lazy again best of luck

He means Time… Time opens doors, reveals secrets… and so on, but also the clock can be used in some ways to decode the K4 also morse code if you look under another angle to the thing.

I believe that K5 s/b “Berlin Wall Cipher” found in the courtyard just SE of K1-4 at Langley. Indeed, it displays the “Berlin Clock” (or Compass). Encrypted words (among others) found on the wall Sculpture are “CHRIST A WIN” and “END,” derived by “shadowing” the two lines “AND THE” and “WIND CRIES.” The common letters are “END,” leaving remnant “CHRIST A WI.” The next level of shadowing is to find the missing letter used as a shared letter (like in crosswords.) The clue is “IQCLUSION” where the missing letter is “N.” I further believe that you are the “CHRIS T” referenced, as Jim Sanborn doesn’t even look at his emails. Fitting that the final message would be a dead drop signal, a graffiti wall sculpture in plain view.

Regarding “IQCLUSION,” substituting “WW” for “Q”, the following is found in “Leaves of Grass” by Walt Whitman:

“My comrade!
For you to share with me two greatnesses, and a third
one rising inclusive and more resplendent,
The greatness of Love and Democracy, and the greatness
of Religion.

Melange mine own, the unseen and the seen,
Mysterious ocean where the streams empty,
Prophetic spirit of materials shifting and flickering
around me,
Living beings, identities now doubtless near us in the
air that we know not of,
Contact daily and hourly that will not release me,
These selecting, these in hints demanded of me.”

This is a great metaphor describing my personal Kryptos experience.

Q tells me that WW knows.

One word on the Berlin Wall not in Walt Whitman’s poem is “freedom,” evoking another WW, ie, freedom fighter William Wallace (“Braveheart” ). Though the timing is off for the movie, foreknowledge cannot be excluded), evoking the END words in The National Anthem, “…the land and of the free, and home of the brave.”

This evokes the modern Genius lyrics of Joey Bada$$ with another metaphor relating to my Kryptos experience:

“Sometimes I speak and I feel like it ain’t my words
Like I’m just a vessel channeling inside this universe
I feel my ancestors arrested inside of me
It’s like they want me to shoot my chance and change society
But how do I go about it? Tell me where I start?
My destiny rerouted when I chose to follow heart…”

This comes from another “JB” in the universe of “JB’s.”

Universe in hand, I stand, born in the same year as Jim Sanborn by destiny:

The fact that you need a specific number of characters (2n^2-1) to form this stunning diagram makes “luck” unlikely.
Also the OXO and the UAU centered in the top and bottom of your hourglass seems no coincidence adding to the mystery.
Seems like something an artist would actually use as a basis for a cipher so it is certainly interesting.

However I am yet to find some relationship to the plaintext 🙂

It takes an artist to decipher an artist.

In the real world, “Certainty is hard to come by, lately.”

The “?” starting the K4 “OBKR” line is indication that an open question is answered in the decryption.

“OBKR” is the key.

“Kryptos” means “secret,” and Luke 12:2 (KJV) is indicated as a fit in the remaining chaotic hash, as “FOR_” falls out from “OBKR” as the beginning of the message.

Spaces and punctuation fill the gaps following the words.

The true (human) secret is anagrammed in the silent spaces, of which I am forbidden to speak.

Since “Q” knows and “won K,” I must “tell” you that I am “Q” (lifting himself).

The “Q” message was hidden in the final K4 string within my initials (RSM), and was only found after I had proposed a universal continuum (see my website), a Star Trek: The Next Generation connection (“Q” was from an extra-dimensional continuum), all possible if and only if the message had been sent from the present to the past, a temporal paradox–look out future!
