The bottom line is that I’m curious as to what would be at the North point in Berlin if Kryptos is the West point?
From the clues we have 38 degrees 57 min 6.5 sec N and 77 degrees 08 min 44 sec W.
So what is located at 12 degrees 51 min 16 sec East and 51 degrees 02 min 3.5 sec N ?
or 52 degrees if you use the numbers on Dan Brown’s book which gives 37 instead of 38 ?
This may be a clue.
